The Story Behind Tempest Cleanse...
Tempest Cleanse is a raw, emotionally charged alternative/rock/grunge band created in the Corona's local music scene in 2023. The group came together through a Craigslist post, sparking a creative partnership that would fuel their intense sound. Drawing inspiration from well known artists such as Alice In Chains, TOOL, A Perfect Circle, Audioslave, and Nirvana, they craft music that's cathartic, unapologetic and truly one of a kind.
The band is composed of the songwriter and guitarist/vocalist, Connor. Guitarist Dylan brings a complementary edge to the sound, while drummer Steve pounds out the rhythms that drive the band's sonic assault. The band's name; "Tempest" embodies the idea of a storm brewing within, a build-up of emotions and energy. "Cleanse" is the release of everything built up inside through music.
Tempest Cleanse's music is a reflection of their own experiences with trauma, pain, and everyday struggles, channeling those emotions into original, unflinching songs. Tempest is on the verge to take their unique blend of melodies to new heights.
